How does the class work?
We make contact, you agree to take the My Palate, Your Hands cocktail making class, and we confirm a time and date. You then send me a list and/or pictures of the ingredients you currently have at home.
The day of class I send you a small reminder ONE HOUR before class to help you get situated.
Then class begins and I go over an outline of how class will proceed. The fun begins! And you and your partner document each other making cocktails.
Once class is over, and you have time, you create a post or two for your social media and add the hashtag #mypalateyourhands. In all, you walk away with 3 cocktail recipes unique to your home and perhaps a couple of surprises along the way!
Notes/Tips:
Make sure the device you plan on using is fully charged or charging.
Have the Spotify app downloaded on an alternative device.
Fill your ice containers or trays the day prior to class.
Set up near a sink because you will discard a lot of organic material and will need to wash your hands frequently.
It's good to have at least 4 lemons, 4 limes.
Ideal Tool List:
Jiggers that measure .25oz/.5oz/1oz/2oz (or measuring spoons that include 1TBS, 1TSP and 1/2 TSP are a reliable option)

* This is an ideal tool list but the spirit of the class is to improvise and we will make it work.
